2 in 1! The Grand Canyon & Phoenix
Grand Canyon
To do:
I highly recommend one of your first views of the Grand Canyon be from a helicopter, you get views you would never be able to see from the ground and they were spectacular. But defiantly don't miss the chance to walk around the rim as much as possible.
** Important side note, make sure to have tons of water, snacks, and a map **
Inside the Grand Canyon Park, there are also cabins to stay out, tons of camping sites, and places to eat so I would defiantly check those out too for some unique history! Not to mention how cool the wildlife was there.
On the drive down to Phoenix we made a pit stop at the Montezuma castle, after a short walk we appeared upon the Castle built around AD 1100 and 1350 for the Sinagua tribe. You do not want to miss a chance to see this 20 room, 14 stories high tower!
Phoenix
Once in Phoenix, there are a thousand things to see, from shopping and hiking to just dining at adorable restaurants!
We only did a small hike in Phoenix, but the view was really awesome since you looked through a hole in the mouton to see the city view and a mountain view on the other side
To do some shopping check out Scottsdale Fashion District while finding some cute murals along the way
Lastly, if you're looking for a new hairstyle check out Habit salon. Some of the most famous reality stars and Youtubers get hair done there. I definitely felt like a celebrity while getting some super cute highlights!
